Firstly, try fully closing the app and opening again. If this doesn't work, please check if you have the latest app version installed.
To check if you have the latest version:
On your iPhone Go to Settings> General> Usage> Storage Click on the Showpo app to see the app version
On Android Go to Settings > Application settings > Manage applications Select the Showpo app to see the app version
If you're not on the latest version, simply update your app.
