Return FAQs

We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible. 

Orders can be returned for store credit only, within 30 days of placing your order. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained. Footwear needs to be in its original box and wedding gowns must have their QC ribbon attached and be in the original packaging.

You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage (if you already have store credit in your account, you can use that).

Swimwear without the hygiene seal

Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty

Adult Toys

 

When will I receive my store credit?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 48 hours and your store credit will be issued, which you can use straight away. We'll send a confirmation email so you know when your credit is ready to use. You can also check up on your returns and credit anytime by logging into your Showpo account and tracking your return.

 

Paid with Afterpay?

Once your return has been processed through the Warehouse you'll receive full store credit for your return, so you can shop again straight away while continuing to pay off your Afterpay installments.

 

Bridal Returns

Bridal gowns purchased from the Wedding Shop can be returned back to us for a refund or store credit (you choose) within 30 days of receiving your gown.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process your return and issue your store credit or refund (if you’re returning a wedding gown purchased from the Wedding Shop).

We’re so sorry if we’ve sent you a faulty or wrong item. To make a return, follow the steps below so we can fix it up asap.

Select the item(s) you wish to return

Book your return under reason 'Faulty' and upload clear images for the team to assess

The return status will update to 'return pending approval' and we’ll email you within 24 hours to work on a resolution

 

Checked out as a guest?

Head to our Returns portal here and pop in your email address used to place the order

Your eligible item(s) will be available to return, so just select the item(s) you need to return from here Book your return under reason 'Faulty' and upload clear images for the team to assess

Please note some colour variation is expected with products. While we do our best to ensure the images on our website replicate the same colours as the outfits themselves, it’s almost impossible to get it perfectly the same.

All items returned back to us are issued with store credit within 48 hours of returning to our Warehouse (just ensure they meet our returns criteria before sending them back). 

Your store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on our entire range of products. YAY!

 

If you’ve purchased the exact same item but in 2 different sizes you can return one of the sizes for a full refund to your original payment method (if you’re returning both, the other will remain as store credit). 

 

For any Showpo brides purchasing one of our incredible Bridal Gowns, these are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days.

 

We're not perfect (although we try to be) so if you’ve received something you believe is faulty, check out our Faulty Returns page here for more info.

We don’t do traditional ‘exchanges’. The best way to go about this is to:

1. Book your return through our portal here

2. Once your return is processed you’ll receive store credit

3. Use your store credit for your new order

 

You can also purchase two of the exact same item, in different sizes. You can then return one for a full refund of the item.
