We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible.
Customers can return orders for either 100% store credit or a refund (to your original payment method), within 30 days of placing your order. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unstained. Footwear needs to be in its original box and wedding gowns must have their QC ribbon attached and be in the original packaging.

What can’t I return?
Swimwear without the hygiene seal
Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty
If returning for store credit, you’ll need to pay our $9.95 USD returns fee through the returns portal and your label will be emailed to you shortly after.
If returning for a refund (to the original payment method) you’ll need to pay our $19.95 USD returns fee through the returns portal and your shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after.
Please note, orders paid entirely or partially with store credit will be refunded that amount to back to store credit.
When will I receive my store credit/refund?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 48 hours.
If your order was paid for with store credit or a gift card, the return will be processed as store credit to your Showpo account straight away. We'll send a confirmation email so you know when your credit is ready to use.
If you’ve selected a refund for your return you’ll receive the funds back to your original payment method in 2-5 business days (depending on your bank).
You can also check up on your returns and credit anytime by logging into your Showpo account and tracking your return.
* US customer returns may take an additional 5-7 days due to processing delays.
Paid with Afterpay?
Once your return has been processed you'll receive store credit for your return, so you can shop again straight away while continuing to pay off your Afterpay installments.
Otherwise, if you’ve opted for a refund, we will cancel any future installments with Afterpay, and refund any payments already made, to the value of your return.

Select the item(s) you wish to return
Book your return under reason 'Faulty' and upload clear images for the team to assess
The return status will update to 'return pending approval' and we’ll email you within 24 hours to work on a resolution
Checked out as a guest?
Head to our Returns portal here and pop in your email address used to place the order and follow the prompts to create an account.
Your eligible item(s) will be available to return, so just select the item(s) you need to return from here Book your return under reason 'Faulty' and upload clear images for the team to assess
Please note some colour variation is expected with products. While we do our best to ensure the images on our website replicate the same colours as the outfits themselves, it’s almost impossible to get it perfectly the same.
All items returned back to us are issued with store credit within 48* hours of returning to our Warehouse (just ensure they meet our returns criteria before sending them back).
Your store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on our entire range of products.
For any Showpo brides purchasing one of our incredible Bridal Gowns, these are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days.

Sadly, we don’t do traditional exchanges.
The best way to go about this is to create a return as normal.Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or store credit and then you are able to reorder the size/ item you would like, provided we have it in stock!
