How does your Parcel Point drop-off return service work?

You can return your order at a local store using Parcelpoint's parcel drop-off service.

Have a Showpo account?

Login to My Account > My Returns

Select the item(s) to return and follow the prompts

Select 'Parcelpoint' and pop your postcode or suburb in to choose a store closest to you

Print your returns label and attach it to your order.

Head to our Returns Portal

Your eligible items will be available to return, select the item(s) to return and follow the prompts

Print your shipping label and attach it to your order


If you have more than one parcel to return, you'll need to create a label for each order. Once you've dropped your order off and it has been scanned, you'll receive a receipt via email and SMS with a link to track your return.
