Only ‘same-day’ orders require a signature (which includes our ‘Today’, ‘Tonight’, and ‘Saturday’ services - only available to some Australian metro areas).
All other orders have Authority To Leave (ATL) and don't require a signature upon delivery.
It’s up to each delivery driver to deem an area safe to leave your order. If deemed safe, your order will be left unattended at the shipping address. In the event the driver believes it's unsafe, your order will be sent to the nearest collection point and you'll be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order.
Don’t forget to keep an eye on your tracking to stay updated on estimated delivery times.
