How to create a return

Download your return shipping label, and either show it on your phone at the Post Office or print it.
Send it back to us!

We’re so sorry if we’ve sent you a faulty or wrong item. To make a return, follow the steps below so we can fix it up asap.

Log in to My Account > My Returns

Select the item(s) you wish to return

Book your return under reason 'Faulty' and upload clear images for the team to assess

The return status will update to 'return pending approval' and we’ll email you within 24 hours to work on a resolution

 

Checked out as a guest?

Head to our Returns portal here and pop in your email address used to place the order and follow the prompts to create an account.

Your eligible item(s) will be available to return, so just select the item(s) you need to return from here Book your return under reason 'Faulty' and upload clear images for the team to assess

The return status will update to 'return pending approval' and we’ll email you within 24 hours to work on a resolution

 

Please note some colour variation is expected with products. While we do our best to ensure the images on our website replicate the same colours as the outfits themselves, it’s almost impossible to get it perfectly the same.

Sadly, we don’t do traditional exchanges.

The best way to go about this is to create a return as normal.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or store credit and then you are able to reorder the size/ item you would like, provided we have it in stock!

WHAT IS REFUNDID?

Create an account with Refundid in the following steps to receive a refund into your bank account instantly! The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Just make sure you ship your return back within 10 days to avoid your refund being reversed. Purchases made with store credit or gift cards are not eligible.
