If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will deposit store credit into your Showpo account. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Showpo is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 120% store credit once the item has been returned back to us. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
