  • Returns Policy

    • We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our return portal.
    • Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
      • Wedding gowns purchased from the Wedding Shop can be returned back to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. All tags and QC ribbons have to be attached and the gown must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, unstained and in its original packaging.
    • Store credit is valid for 12 months.
    • Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained. Footwear needs to be in its original box and wedding gowns in their original packaging.
    • You will need to cover the cost of return postage (PSST! You can use your store credit).
  • How do I send a return?

  • Here’s what you need to know:

    1. You can track your return via your chosen delivery service and see when it reaches our warehouse. This usually takes a few days.
    2. Once your return reaches our warehouse, it can take up to 24 hours to process your return and issue your store credit or refund (if you’re returning a wedding gown purchased from the Wedding Shop).
    3. We'll send a confirmation email so you know when your credit is ready to use! You can also check up on your returns and credit anytime using My Account and get ready for that new outfit feeling all over again!

    Still haven’t received store credit in your Showpo account after this time?

  • Can return:
    • Items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with their tags still attached
      • Footwear in its original box.
      • Wedding gowns in their original packaging.
    Can’t return:
    • Cosmetics
    • Hair Accessories
    • Hosiery
    • Hats
    • Lingerie
    • Earrings
    • Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
  • We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order.

    Need it urgently? Please contact Customer Happiness and they will provide you with the best possible option.

  • If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will deposit store credit into your Showpo account. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Showpo is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. The store credit will be deposited for the total value of the item(s) returned. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729

  • Oh no! We'll get that sorted for you ASAP. Simply follow the prompts using our Returns Portal and log your faulty item.

    You'll be asked to upload photos of the fault, and offered your choice of a refund or 120% store credit once the item has been deemed a fault by the warehouse.
