Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order.
Or if you need it now, re-order your garment in the correct size and include this order number on your returns form. Once received, we’ll refund the amount in full via the payment method used. Please note, the new order must be of the same value or higher.
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will deposit store credit into your Showpo account. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Showpo is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 120% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
