Official Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Showpo Luxury Fiji Escape Competition (the "Competition") is open to individuals worldwide who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except where participation is prohibited by applicable law.
Employees of Show Pony Group Pty Ltd (the "Promoter"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Competition is subject to all applicable international, national, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.
Entrants agree to accept the decisions of the Promoter regarding the administration of the Competition, subject to applicable law.

3. Competition Period

The Competition commences on 9 November 2026 at 10:00 AM AEDT and closes on 15 November 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT.
All entries must be completed and received during the Competition Period.
All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), Sydney, Australia.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:
  1. Visit the official Showpo Instagram account, @showpo, and locate the designated competition post.
  2. Comment the codeword "WIN" on the competition post.
  3. Following their comment, entrants will receive a direct message (DM) from Showpo requesting their email address and location (country of residence).
  4. Entrants must provide their valid email address and country of residence through the DM process to complete their entry.
An entry will only be considered valid once the entrant has completed all required steps and their information has been successfully received by the Promoter during the Competition Period.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of comments submitted.
Multiple comments, duplicate submissions or entries made using fraudulent accounts will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
Entrants must have an Instagram account capable of receiving direct messages from Showpo. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that cannot be completed due to account privacy settings, messaging restrictions or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Marketing consent is not a condition of entry. Entrants may separately opt in to receive promotional communications from Showpo.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a luxury holiday to Fiji for two (2) adults.
The prize includes:
  • Return economy flights for two (2) people from an international airport servicing the winner's country of residence to Fiji.
  • Five (5) nights' accommodation for two (2) people at a luxury resort in Fiji, selected by the Promoter.
  • A Showpo wardrobe voucher for the winner.
  • Return airport transfers between the destination airport and resort.
  • Daily breakfast for two (2) people during the resort stay.
The total maximum prize value is AUD $10,000.
The prize is subject to availability and the booking conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
The prize does not include travel insurance, visas, passports, additional meals, beverages, spending money, personal expenses or other costs not expressly listed above.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Prize Conditions

The following conditions apply:
  • The winner and their nominated travel companion must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Travel must be booked and completed within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified.
  • Flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
  • Travel during peak periods, public holidays and other restricted dates may be unavailable.
  • Both travellers must hold valid travel documents and satisfy all applicable entry and immigration requirements.
  • The Promoter will arrange the flights and accommodation included in the prize.
  • The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize.
  • The Promoter may substitute a prize component with an alternative of equal or greater value where permitted by law and subject to any required regulatory approval.
  • Any changes requested by the winner after bookings have been confirmed will be at the winner's expense.
  • The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative destination.

7. Winner Selection

The Competition is a game of chance.
One (1) provisional winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
Every eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning, regardless of the entrant's country of residence.
The draw will take place on 17 November 2026 in Sydney, Australia, using a random selection process.
The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the draw are final, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner Notification

The provisional winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw, using the email address provided during the Instagram DM entry process.
The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim their prize and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize within the required period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected through a redraw, subject to applicable law.
The winner's name and country of residence may be announced on Showpo's official social media channels, subject to applicable law and any required consent.

9. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering the Competition, entrants grant the Promoter permission to use their submitted competition entry for the administration of the Competition.
The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the Competition, subject to applicable law and any required consent.
Any use of the winner's image, likeness, name or content for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable privacy and publicity laws.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Competition, including email addresses, Instagram account details and country of residence, will be used to administer the Competition, verify eligibility, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
Entrants may separately consent to receive promotional communications from Showpo.
Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from at any time.

11. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries submitted through bots, automated systems, fake accounts or other methods designed to circumvent the entry requirements.
If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Competition, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, incorrect contact information, Instagram messaging restrictions, delivery failures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and prize suppliers are not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Competition or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Promoter is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, delays or circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections available to entrants under applicable laws in their country of residence.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their personal information to Show Pony Group Pty Ltd and not to Instagram or Meta.
