Loose Glam Dusts may be used:- Dry for a shimmery wash of color- Wet for an ultra-metallic, high impact look- As an eyeshadow, liner, highlighter, metallic lip topper, or added to nail polish
Directions: Apply wet or dry to desired area. We recommend mixing our Loose Glam Dusts with Smolder Potion for an ultra-metallic, long-lasting finish!
