• All of our bridal gowns are quality checked then beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a gift box and an additional protective shipping box. It also comes with our protective garment bags to ensure your dress can be stored and transported in perfect condition.
• We know planning your dream day can be SUPER stressful. That’s why we allow wedding gowns to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your dress!
• All we ask is that the gown is returned in its original condition. That means tags and QC ribbons have to be attached and the dress must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and in its original packaging (garment bag & box).
