Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur custom duty or import tax before your order can get to you. Unfortunately, custom duty and import taxes are charged at random by your local customs authority.
If you’re a UK customer you’ll receive a letter from the courier company, Seko, with a link on how to pay these charges.
For all other international customers, you’ll receive a request to pay customs fees from your local customs office.
If your order ships from more than one of our warehouses, you may be charged customs fees for the two separate parcels for the value of each parcel. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Still have a question? You can reach out to us via live chat, or email at email@example.com and we'll happily help you out.
