Returns Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on our websites. It is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. Any capitalized terms not defined here are defined in the Terms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with both the Terms and this Returns Policy.

2. Change of Mind

Change of Mind Requirements
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If you've changed your mind, We get it - sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’ve had a change of heart, no stress! You can return your item for a refund or store credit, as long as:
  • You make your request via our Returns Portal
  • The request is made within:
    • 21 days of delivery (for store credit)
    • 7 days of delivery (for refund)
  • You provide proof of purchase if requested
  • The item is in saleable condition (unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and seal intact if applicable)
  • The item is not part of the Excluded Goods list below
Excluded Goods
Returns or exchanges are not accepted (except where required by Australian Consumer Law) on:
  • Cosmetics/Beauty
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hosiery
  • Hats
  • Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Swimwear without the hygiene seal
  • Items marked ‘Final Sale’
  • Adult Toys
Customer Returns
United States
  • You can return items within 21 days for store credit or within 7 days for a refund to your original payment method.
  • A $15.95 USD return label fee applies via our Returns Portal.
  • Items must be unworn and with tags attached.
  • Orders paid with store credit will be refunded back to store credit.
Canada
  • 21 days for store credit
  • Return label fee is $15.95 USD, processed via the Returns Portal.
  • Items must be unworn and with tags.
  • Store credit will be returned as store credit.
  • Taxes will be refunded by Showpo if you return your order. Duties are non-refundable.
Other International Locations
  • Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery for store credit only.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
  • Pre-paid labels are not available at this time.
  • Please reach out to customer service with questions.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

If your item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we’ll meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. This may include a refund, replacement, or covering return shipping.
Steps:
  • Book your return via the Returns Portal, selecting ‘Faulty’ as the reason.
  • Upload clear images of the issue.
  • We may request more info for assessment.
  • If confirmed faulty, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit and cover return postage.
  • If stock is unavailable, a replacement may not be possible.

4. Returns Tender

Store Credit
  • Applied directly to your Showpo account
  • Allow up to 48 hours from when we receive your return
  • Valid for 12 months
  • Non-refundable once applied
  • View and use credits at checkout when logged in
Refunds
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Same cardholder and card required for refund
  • May take up to 7 business days to appear in your account (processing times vary)

5. Consumer Guarantees

This Policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item has a major fault, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation.
If it's a minor fault, we may repair or replace the item.
Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
Our liability is governed by the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth) and cannot be excluded or limited where the law doesn’t allow it.

6. Amendments

This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Purchases made after an update indicate your acceptance of the changes. We recommend checking our Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
