These Are The Best Nail Colours

11 June 2018

Is it just us, or do you also feel that you’re making a big life decision (with even bigger consequences if you choose wrong) when picking a colour at the nail salon? It’s an utterly ridiculous train of thought to have, but hey we’re all about busting first world problems for you. The overwhelming rows of nail polish in every shade is a landmine. Even if you do know that you definitely want a pale pink then there’s still at least ten to choose from. OPI Bubblebath or Mod About You? That’s why we wanted to solve this dilemma once and for all! Without further deliberation, these are the best nail colours so you can walk into your next appointment with conviction.

If you like white: OPI Alpine Snow Lacquer

Some outfits are conducive to white nails, so when the mood strikes ask for this particular shade – you won’t be disappointed.

If you like nude: OPI Tickle My France-y

The ultimate beige nude on the market, it’s warm and feminine and you can wear no matter the weather.

If you like pale pink: OPI Bubblebath

A cult favourite for the girlie girl, it’s perfect for when you want something neutral but still pretty.

If you like hot pink: OPI Feelin Hot Hot Hot

Ain’t nothing skanky about this! We swear it’s the most tried and true pinks of them all.

If you like coral: OPI Cajun Shrimp

After a punchy coral? Then look no further than this summery go-to.

If you like an orange red: OPI The Tasmanian Devil Made Me Do It

For anyone who likes something in between coral and red then this is your new best friend.

If you like a standard red: OPI Big Apple Red

A bang on choice if you want the reddest of reds without being offensively in your face.

If you like a dark red: OPI Malaga Wine

This dark sexy colour is a classic option for winter otherwise known as the expensive looking grown up choice.

If you like lilac: You’re Such A BudaPest

Pastels are fun, but can go awfully wrong. So pick this pale purple to avoid anything like that from happening.

If you like dark purple: OPI Lincoln Park After Dark

It’s been around for 10+ years and still one of the most requested shades. Add it to your winter rotation.

If you like black: OPI Black Onyx

It’s actually hard to find a true black, so this is the one if you like a glossy vampy hue (aka if you live in Melbourne).
