What's your returns process?

We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible.

U.S customers can return orders for 110% store credit within 21 days from delivery or for a refund (to your original payment method) within 7 days of delivery. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unstained. Footwear needs to be in its original box and wedding gowns must have their QC ribbon attached and be in the original packaging.

If you are shopping from outside of the U.S, we only offer refunds in form of store credit. Store credit will be applied to your Showpo account and can be used at the checkout for your next purchase.

  • Swimwear without the hygiene seal
  • Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty

Customer Returns and Refunds for U.S
You may return your items within 21 days from the delivery date for a refund in the form of store credit which can be used towards future purchases. Alternatively, you can create a return for a  refund back to your original method of payment within 7 days from delivery. 

You’ll need to pay our $14.95 USD return shipping label fee through the returns portal and your label will be emailed to you shortly after.  All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. 

Please note, orders paid entirely or partially with store credit will be refunded that amount back to store credit.

Customer Returns outside of the U.S
You may return your items within 21 days from delivery date for 100% store credit. Please note that all items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. We currently don’t offer pre-paid return labels just yet but we are certainly working on it!
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope that you understand that we have different policies in place to comply with international regulations. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.


When will I receive my store credit/refund?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 48 hours*

If your order was paid for with store credit or a gift card, the return will be processed as store credit to your Showpo account straight away. We'll send a confirmation email so you know when your credit is ready to use. 

If you’ve selected a refund for your return you’ll receive the funds back to your original payment method in 2-5 business days (depending on your bank).

You can also check up on your returns and credit anytime by logging into your Showpo account and tracking your return.

*Our processing facility is currently experiencing high volumes. Kindly allow an additional 3 business days from delivery for your return to be processed.

Paid with Afterpay?

Once your return has been processed you'll receive store credit for your return, so you can shop again straight away while continuing to pay off your Afterpay installments.

Otherwise, if you’ve opted for a refund, we will cancel any future installments with Afterpay, and refund any payments already made, to the value of your return.
