Parcelpoint is a network of over 1,400 local Australian stores including news agencies, pharmacies, and convenience stores. It's a free service that allows you to have your order delivered to your nearest Parcelpoint location, so you can pick it up whenever you want.
Just select Parcelpoint pick-up at the checkout and either you or someone else, can collect your order from your selected Parcelpoint location.
If you're sending someone else to pick up your order, just contact Parcelpoint first with your order ID to let them know. Make sure whoever is picking up the order brings photo ID (driver's license or passport) and your order number along with them.
The store will hold your order for 14 days otherwise it will be returned back to us. Don't stress about forgetting, Parcelpoint will send you an email or SMS to remind you.
