The courier will leave your order at your address if they can find a safe place to leave it (as long as it isn't one of our 'same-day' services, which do require a signature).
If you're not home and your parcel is too big for your mailbox, all standard and express orders have 'Authority To Leave'. In this case, the courier will leave your order in a safe place (Australian customers can receive a confirmation photo so there's a record of where it’s been left).
If the courier isn't able to find a safe place, they’ll leave a collection card with instructions to pickup your order from your local post office. If you don't collect your order within the time frame advised, it will be returned to our warehouse.
For international customers, if the courier can’t find a safe place, they’ll leave your order at a local collection point for pick up.
