  • Ugh, don't you hate it when that happens. Make sure you click the 'Notify Me' box on the product page, enter your details and you’ll receive an email when that item is back in stock!

  • If you place your order before 1PM AEST, it will dispatch the same day. For orders shipping to the United States you can choose either standard shipping: 5-9 business days (free for orders over $50, $9 for orders under $50), or express shipping: 1-4 business days ($9.95 flat rate).

 For all other countries please refer to our shipping info page.

  • Same day delivery is only available in Sydney for now. Please note, we're unable to ship same day delivery orders to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

  • We’ll email you your tracking number once your order has been sent. You can use this number to see exactly where your package is and how long it’ll take to reach you. Easy!

  • We will send you an email with your tracking number after your order is confirmed. To track your order, input your tracking number on our Order tracking portal.

    Please note: for non-Australian orders, it may take up to 2 days for you to receive your tracking code.

  • If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your order, we offer store credit for the item(s) you are returning. In the case of faulty item(s) we offer your choice of a refund or 120% store credit. Check our Returns page for more information regarding our returns criteria and how to return your item.

  • Sorry! Showpo closed down all physical stores in 2013 and we’ve been completely online for the past 3 years. However, feel free to chat with our Customer Happiness Team via live chat or call them on +612 8279 8111 or email info@showpo.com if you had any questions regarding our products (sizing, material, etc).

  • We strive to make our garments run true to size. However, there can be occasions where a product is produced in a bigger or smaller make, in which case we would state this in the product description section. Also, we appreciate customer feedback! If you find there is a style that didn’t run true to your size, we’d love to hear from you. If you had any questions relating to a particular item, please feel free to speak to our Customer Happiness Team via live chat +612 8279 8111 and one of our friendly staff members would be happy to help you choose the most suitable size.

  • You will receive an email as soon as your account has been credited. When you’re ready to use your credit, make sure you login at the checkout and your store credit will automatically appear as a payment option. You can check your account balance by logging into your Showpo account.

  • Don’t fret, it can sometimes take up to 5 business days for your store credit to appear in your account once your return has reached our warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as the store credit has been added to your account.

    If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t appeared in your Showpo account after 5 business days, please contact our Customer Happiness Team via Live Chat or call them on +612 8279 8111 or email info@showpo.com

  • Yes! Security is very important to us and we strive to ensure all interactions between our customers and our website are completely secure. Our system has a 128 bit SSL extended validation security certificate issued by GeoTrust for the geeks amongst you.

    Our payment processor Adyen provides a secure payment service which is also used by such brands as Uber, Netflix, Etsy, Spotify and many more.

  • We accept payment via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).

  • We have e-gift cards which are emailed to the recipient and can be used at the checkout by entering the gift card code.

  • If you haven’t received all your items, it may be that one has shipped separately from one of our warehouses! Don’t worry, it should be with you shortly.

  • When you leave a review on a product, we need a few moments to approve it! Once we have done that, it will appear on the product page as well as in your account. You can check your approval status at anytime in your account.

  • When returning an item, you will receive store credit which is valid for 12 months. It will be automatically applied to your Showpo account. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to first create a Showpo account for your credit to be applied to. Store credit is available for use in the checkout once you are logged in. You can check your credit at anytime in your account.
