Our Story
Founded in Sydney in 2010, CEO Jane Lu left her corporate accounting career to pursue a bold vision: creating a fashion brand that would redefine online retail in Australia. When her business partner dismissed the idea with, “no one will ever shop online,” Jane took a leap of faith. From its garage beginnings to a global e-commerce destination, the brand remains rooted in its origins: a story of ambition, innovation, and authenticity. Like Showpo itself, Jane has always been a trailblazer, championing individuality and confidence - values embedded at the very heart of the brand.
Fifteen years on, Showpo has grown into a dynamic, mostly female-led team of over 100 fiercely driven members, retaining the grit, hustle, and entrepreneurial spirit of its garage start-up roots. Showpo has captured the industry’s attention, with over 3.5 million social media followers and shipping to customers worldwide.
But it feels like we are only just getting started. At its core, Showpo hasn’t changed in 15 years - still a brand confident to dream bigger, showing up boldly in everything we do, and one that doesn’t just follow culture, but helps shape it
