Returns

We want you to be completely in love with your Showpo order. So if for any reason you want to return it, we offer store credit for the item/s you are returning, and a refund in the case of faulty item/s and item/s purchased via Afterpay. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You have 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. Any returns accepted outside this time period may be subjected to a restocking fee.

Faulty items
If you need to return a faulty item, please contact Customer Happiness so we can resolve this issue for you.

All refunds granted will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the item.

  • In order for us to process your return, please make sure that the garment is in the original condition you received it, i.e:

    • Tags still attached
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Unstained
    • Unperfumed
    • In its clear poly bag - please ensure the barcode label on the bag matches the garment name on the item’s tag

    Please note that returns which don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.
    These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.

    Footwear

    All footwear must be returned in pristine condition.
    Please note, we require the shoes to be returned in their original shoebox, without any postage labels placed on the box.

    Faulty Items

  • Showpo accepts all returns that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Any returns accepted outside this time period may be subjected to a restocking fee.

    Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item(s). If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t appeared in your Showpo account after 5 business days, please follow up with our Customer Happiness Team.

    Choose your preferred method for returning your parcel:

    Option 1: Australia Post ($9.35)

    • Print and attach the Australia Post Return label to your package.
    • Place your parcel into the nearest red Australia Post box
    • Click HERE to book your return via Australia Post.

    Option 2: ParcelPoint (from $6.95)

    • Book your return via ParcelPoint HERE.
    • Print and attach the ParcelPoint Return label to your package
    • Drop-off your package to your local ParcelPoint store - see locations HERE.
    • Please note this may take 1-2 days longer than option 1

    Option 3: ParcelPoint Courier Pick Up (from $6.95)

    • Arrange your Courier Pickup by Couriers Please HERE.
    • Click on "Courier Pickup"
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.
    • Please note this may take 1-2 days longer than option 1

    Option 4: Visit Australia Post (price varies depending on size)

    • We strongly suggest using a trackable postage option as it enables you to track the parcel being returned. Unfortunately if the package is lost on its way to us, our Customer Happiness team will be limited in what they can do to compensate you.

    Please note: after your return if the total order value is less than our $50 free shipping threshold, an additional $7 will be deducted from your store credit as per our shipping policy.

  • Flat rate return cost of NZD $6.50. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item(s). If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t appeared in your Showpo account after 5 business days, please follow up with our Customer Happiness Team.

    Showpo offers in-country returns if you live in the NZ!

    Only returns processed through our returns portal will be accepted.
