Who else overindulged over the silly season? It may have only been 2 weeks, but it feels like forever since I was in a healthy eating and exercise routine. Even if we roll our eyes and LOL about how ‘lame resolutions are’, we probably all secretly want to get fitter and/or healthier in 2018. No matter what, a new year is a perfect chance for resetting and starting new things. So if you, like me, lost your mojo over the past few weeks, it’s time to get back into it 🤸🏃💪
