Returns Policy

  • Items can be returned for your choice of either a full refund or 110% store credit.
  • Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and footwear in its original box.
  • You can post your return back within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
  • If you post your return after the 14 days, you may be charged a late return fee of $7.00.
  • Here’s what you need to know:

    1. You can track your return via your chosen delivery service and see when it reaches our warehouse. This usually takes a few days.
    2. Once your return has reached our warehouse, allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue your store credit.
    3. We will then send you a confirmation email when we have applied your store credit to your Showpo account. Yay!

  • Items marked as ‘final sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

  • We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order.

    Or if you need it now, re-order your garment in the correct size and include this order number on your returns form. Once received, we’ll refund the amount in full via the payment method used. Please note, the new order must be of the same value or higher.

  • Send an email to with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 120% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
