Poor Workmanship
Was guttered with the quality of craftsmanship for this top. You'd think that a little more care would've been taken into account to make a top that costs nearly $60. I had not one, but THREE faults with this item upon arrival. Firstly, the hem at the front was irregular which was really obvious when the top was tried on. To make it worse, the area that was uneven was towards the right or I may have tried to adjust to the fault if it was positioned more in the centre area where it wasn't as obvious. Secondly, the right shoulder is considerably longer than the left, at least by 2-3 centimetres so sits funny with the right shoulder sitting higher despite the scrunching detail. Thirdly, the back of the top has a definite thick stripe across the back where it seems as though an extra strip of material has been added to the garment because the original amount had not been measured accurately during the initial time that the fabric was cut. This may not have been that big a deal if it again wasn't so obvious and easy to spot, especially during when the garment was worn. Would be great if Showpo could invest in employing a couple of people to oversee the quality of the orders in their original packages BEFORE they were shipped out to customers. It would certainly save a lot of 'time', 'unnecessary postage costs' and 'sheer disappointment' as this definitely isn't the first time that I've had to go through the process of sending faulty items back; OR at least if they offered customers who were returning faulty items the option of holding items in their size to secure it from selling out in the meantime till they received and processed the faulty return. I feel that's at least a minimum of what should be offered in this instance out of courtesy from Showpo for having sent a faulty item initially as they cannot send a replacement right away. Besides, I'm sure that no one signs in to their Showpo account to place an order for damaged or poorly sewn garments. It just seems like a rather 'greedy' 'policy/ procedure' because other customers are able to place orders on the item due to it being visible and available in the same size on the site whilst another, 'previous' customer is awaiting their return's process to be completed for an order that was made 'prior'. I think it's time that our good faith and loyalty to the company was taken into consideration at Showpo's next 'meeting' or scheduled 'review' of their dispatch and returns processes so that these matters can be addressed adequately which will undoubtedly in turn contribute to overall 'customer happiness'; something which I'm sure that Showpo is striving to maintain as an 'attribute' to the company's brand and outreach in terms of its online marketing as well as social media following.

Considering its price, I am so disappointed and I wont ever be buying from this website again, they always a let down with one aspect of the clothing.
