All items returned back to us can receive either a full store credit or a refund (to your original payment method), within 30 days of placing your order. Your return will be processed within 48 hours of returning to our Warehouse (just ensure they meet our returns criteria before sending them back).
If you’re returning for store credit, we’ll cover your shipping costs. So simply book your return through the portal, select store credit, and we’ll send you a free shipping label. If returning for a refund (to your original payment method) you’ll need to pay the $7.95 returns fee through the returns portal and your shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after.
