All items returned back to us, that meet our returns criteria, can receive either 110% store credit within 21 days from delivery or a refund (to your original payment method) within 7 days of delivery.
If returning for store credit or for a refund, you’ll need to pay our $13.15 NZD returns fee through the returns portal and your label will be emailed to you shortly after.
*Please note, orders paid entirely with store credit will not be presented with the two options mentioned above and will only be offered store credit.
