I'm having trouble with your app. What should I do?

Oh no! Sorry about that. Try closing the app and opening again.

No go? Please check you have the latest app version installed. If you check the app store and it doesn't say 'Installed', you don't have the most recent version.

On iPhone:

  • Go to Settings> General> Usage> Storage
  • Click on the Showpo app to see the app version

On Android:
Go to Settings > Application settings > Manage applications and select the Showpo app. The version of the app you're using will be displayed under the app name.
