Download and print your shipping label (It may take up to 30 minutes to arrive (check your spam). If you don’t have a printer don’t worry, head to a Post Office and show your shipping label on your phone and they will print it for you! Shipping labels can only be used once.
PACK YOUR ITEMS & ATTACH YOUR LABEL
Use the original Showpo parcel if you still have it. If not, pack your items in a similar sized parcel ensuring it is securely sealed. If you printed your label tape it to the outside of your parcel covering any old shipping labels. Try not to sticky tape over the new bar code.
SEND IT BACK TO US
Drop your parcel at the Post Office, don’t forget you have already paid for return shipping so no need to pay again! Keep hold of your receipt as proof of postage just in case. We’ll email you as soon as your return reaches our warehouse.
