We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible.
Customers can return orders for either 110% store credit or a refund (to your original payment method), within 14 days from delivery. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unstained. Footwear needs to be in its original box and wedding gowns must have their QC ribbon attached and be in the original packaging.
You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage at your local post office to the address provided on your returns slip.

What can’t I return?
For hygiene reasons some items cannot be returned:
- Cosmetics/beauty products if the packaging has been opened or the original hygienic protective strip removed
- Lingerie or swimwear if the original hygienic strip has been removed
- Earings if the packaging is open or they have been worn
- Adult toys if the packaging has been opened
Simply return your items to the address provided on your return slip. Please note, this is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for the return postage at your local post office.
Please note, orders paid entirely or partially with store credit will be refunded that amount back to store credit.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 48 hours and your store credit or refund will be issued. We'll send a confirmation email so you know when your credit is ready to use or your refund is on it's way to your bank account. You can also check up on your returns and credit anytime by logging into your Showpo account and tracking your return.
Paid with Afterpay?
Once your return has been processed you'll receive full store credit for your return, so you can shop again straight away while continuing to pay off your Afterpay installments. Otherwise, if you’ve opted for a refund, any future installments with Afterpay will be canceled, and you’ll be refunded any payments already made, to the value of your return.
