| 17/08/2018So Trashy in PersonI ordered this dress for a wedding for which we were asked to wear silver or gold; I thought the dress looked cute and sexy in the picture. Fast forward to receiving it - neither cute nor sexy. The colors are garish (not a nice, subtle gold as in the picture - but bright yellow gold), the “embellishments” fall off if you even breathe on the dress (and also make it stiff and scratchy), and it runs slightly small so it looks far more risqué than in the pictures, as well. Normally a 10 or 12 in dresses and I even checked the size guide which matched my dimensions
How vet this dress is tiny and the skirt doesn’t even go down long enough to cover your bits let alone mid thigh like shown in model . It’s very pretty but tiny and I bought a size large 12? I have returned it for a price but I’m concerned now that I can’t buy anything from showpo if the sizes are not accurate ?
