Returns Policy

 

 

 

Here at Showpo, we want you to be in love with your purchase! If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size you are welcome to send the garment back to us.

 

Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your own cost.

 

Showpo accepts returns on sale items.

 

 

Return Process for Card Payments & PayPal

 

If you have checked out using a credit or debit card payment or PayPal we will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable.

 

If your total order value, after your items are returned, comes to less than the $50 free shipping threshold, an additional $7 will be deducted from your store credit as per our shipping policy.

 

 

Procedure

 

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your item/s.

 

All returns will be automatically processed for store credit.

 

If an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our website.

 

You must have / create an account with Showpo before we can issue your store credit.

 

You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.

 

 

 

Time Period

 

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception.

 

Any returns accepted outside this period may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

If the tracking of your return shows it has been delivered to our warehouse, but you have not received a credit within five business days of the delivery date, please follow up with our Customer Happiness Team.

 

 

 

Return Process for Touch Payments (Try Before You Buy)

 

If you have checked out using Touch Payments (try before you buy) the items you have returned will be removed from the invoice and you will only pay for what you have kept and any shipping costs. Please click HERE for more information.

 

 

 Procedure

 

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items.

 

The item/s you have returned will be removed from the invoice.

 

You will receive an email with a revised invoice once your return is processed.

 

If an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using Touch Payments.

 

If your total revised invoice value comes to less than the $50 free shipping threshold, an additional $7 will be added to the invoice, as per our shipping policy.

 

 

 

Time Period

 

Returns must be received at our warehouse within 11 days of the order being placed. The touch payment return period is 16 days, this allows 11 days to return the item + 5 days processing time.

 

If the tracking of your return shows it has been delivered to our warehouse, but you have not received a revised invoice within five business days of the delivery date, please follow up with our Customer Happiness Team.

 

If you require a payment extension please apply through your account at: https://app.touchpayments.com.au/index/login or call Touch Payments on 1300 665 918, please note fees may apply if you do not make on time payment to Touch Payments.

 


International Returns

Return Process

Time Period

 

For international returns, your items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. Because of longer shipping times internationally, we do not include shipping time in this 14 day period, so you will have ample time to return your item. (I.e. you have 14 days from when you receive the product to when you send it back).

 

If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception.

 

Any returns accepted outside this period may be subject to a restocking fee.

 Returns Process for Faulty or Wrong Items

 If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Happiness Team, so we can resolve this for you.

 

If a refund is granted it will be issued using the method you used to pay.


 

Return Requirements

 

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

 

- Unworn

 

- Unwashed

 

- Unstained

 

- Unperfumed

 

- Tags still attached

 

- In its correct bag (please check the barcode label matches garment name on tag) 

 

 All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

 

For hygienic reasons; cosmetics, hosiery, hair accessories, hats, lingerie sets and bottoms, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

 

 Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order.

 

In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment.

 

In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

Return Shipping Labels

 

For your convenience, we offer the option to prepay for a return shipping label for all our Australian shoppers.

 

Simply click the link below to reach our returns portal.

You will be asked to provide your Showpo order number and contact details.

 

Once you submit your payment, you will be emailed a postage label.

 

Print and attach it to the front of the parcel.

 

Then just drop it in your nearest Australia Post box.

 

If you do not wish to use the prepaid return label method, of course you can use your preferred method to send the return back to us.

 

 

 

Return Tracking

 

We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for all returns.

 

If you generate a shipping label through our return portal above, it automatically has tracking.

 

In the event that your parcel is lost, and doesn’t have tracking, Showpo is limited in what we can do to compensate you.
