Returns Policy

Showpo wants you to be in love with your purchase! But if for any reason there is an issue with it, we have flexible return options available to make sure your shopping experience with us is amazing! If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size, we will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable :) In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly refund the method of payment used. If you used Touch Payments you will not have to pay for the item/s that you return within 16 days (for more information see here).


The Details


Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit; if an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our site. You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.


Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it; however, we will deduct $9 from the store credit issued to cover postage.


If you used Touch Payments at the checkout your returns must be made within 16 days of shipment and you will only pay for the items you kept and shipping costs (if applicable).


We do accept returns on sale items, you will receive a store credit to the amount you paid for the item (not the full price of the item). For sale items, $9 will be deducted from your credit to cover the cost of postage on your next purchase (as we only offer free shipping on the purchase of a sale item, not subsequent purchases of credit from a returned item). 

NOTE: For hygienic reasons; cosmetics, hosiery, bralette sets, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- Tags still attached

- In its correct bag (please check the barcode label matches garment name on tag) 


Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable. 


And Finally...


To return your parcel:

1. Please download our returns form and include it with your return. Click HERE to download returns form. 

2. Create and prepay for your returns label through our returns portal. Click HERE to access our returns portal. 

Once you've created your label, simply print it off and attach it to the parcel that you are returning. By using this prepaid label, it means that you can drop it off at any Australia Post red post box, and you don't have to go to a post office. Unfortunately Showpo does not cover the shipping cost of returns. However, if you are returning an item due to an error that we've made, then please contact us on info@showpo.com for alternative solutions :)


If you do not wish to use the prepay return label method, of course you can use your preferred method to send the return back to us :) We recommend that you use a traceable method for all returns. Our return address is:

A Tip From Us To You ;)


It is recommended that you:

(1) Use a traceable delivery method for all returns and;

(2) Insure your delivery for safe return to Showpo so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

(3) We do not accept cash on returns. 



The Nitty Gritty 


Product Display

Although we have made every effort to display was accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.



Due to the popularity of our range, we have an extremely fast turnover of stock so we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request. Therefore, if an exchange is desired, we will automatically issue store credit upon processing your return which can then be used to order a different colour or size of your original garment if available. If Touch Payments was used at the checkout please return the items and make another purchase, as you will not pay for the returned items.


Note of Credit

A note of credit is a certain dollar amount that is credited to your account. The credit does not have an expiry period, and will appear as a payment option when you log in and check out with us. You must be logged in to use the store credit. Internal credit is not to be used in conjunction with discount or promo codes. 


Returning a Full Price Item

We offer returns on full-priced items that are returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. This means that we will credit your Showpo account the full the value of the item.


You will be given store credit for the amount that you paid for your garments, excluding the shipping cost. You can then order your replacement items with your store credit and cover the cost of shipping with PayPal/credit card through the website.


Please note that international returns that are not received in their original condition as per the first section of this returns policy will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.

Eg: Taylor buys a $70 full price dress, but it is too small. She sends it back within 14 days. Showpo will credit her account with $70 to spend online on the same dress, or anything else that catches her eye!


Returning a Sale Item

We can accept returns on sale items. The 14 day cut off still applies to sale items.

For returns of sale items, we cannot offer free shipping for the subsequent exchange item, so we will deduct $9.00 from your credit to cover the subsequent shipping. 


Eg: Taylor buys a $40 dress on sale, but it is too small. She hasn't included a prepaid satchel and sends it back within 14 days.

We credit her account $31 ($40 minus the $9 postage). 

Taylor places a new order for the larger size (or any other item) and pays the difference on our site :)


Multiple Returns

If you have already returned an item once, you must pay for the shipping of the subsequent exchanged item. In order to account for this, your account will be credited the value of the item, minus $9.00 for the postage cost (allowing you to make up the cost of shipping with your next purchase). 


Eg: Taylor buys a $50 top, but it is too small. She sends it back to us within 14 days and places an order for a larger size. She receives the larger size, free of charge, but it is too big. She sends it back within 14 days.

We credit her account $41 ($50 minus $9 postage). 

Taylor places a new order for any other item and pays the difference on our site :)


International returns

For international returns, your items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. Because of longer shipping times internationally, we do not include shipping time in this 14 day period, so you will have ample time to return your item. (I.e. you have 14 days from when you receive the product to when you send it back).


Touch Payments returns

Returning a full price items, sale items and multiple returns will be treated the same as for PayPal/credit card payments, although instead of store credit the return amount will be deducted from your invoice. If any shipping costs apply, as per above, these amounts will still be payable to Touch Payments.

For refunds on faulties or incorrectly sent products, we refund you using the method you used to pay. For refunds that exceed your payment amount (e.g. to reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we can only use PayPal for international payments.
